SAMSUNG mobile VS NOKIA

I'm thinking of upgrading from a Samsung E840 to the Nokia 6230; does anyone have any thoughts on the phones? My gut preference is for the SAMSUNG, because I'm used to it now, i like the big screen, and i know I'll like it; however, the nokia seems to be a bit better camera and memory wise.

but here, some questions;

How does the SAMSUNG E840's camera and video recording compare to the 6230? The nokia 7610 seems to have a much better camera than the SAMSUNG.

I'd like to still have a decen(ish)t e-mail client; is the 6230 any good for that?

I'm intrigued by the mp3 players; do the phones come with a set of headphones for it, or do you need an expensive accessory? Or, better yet, do they come with a normal 3.5ml headphone jack?

The SAMSUNG has MMC cards are very cheap, it seems, so I could get an MMC card and expand it's memory, which would be nice. Does anyone know if there's a similarly easy way to expand the SAMSUNG'smemory?
